"This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome. We only stayed overnight so most amenities weren't used. Our check out was seamless and Ian was a pleasure to work with during check out. Overall, a great experience. We've recommended Doubletree to our sports organization and other families!"

"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Not the staffs issue for sure, but all guests has to sit outside for 40 mins in the early morning… the least the hotel could have done was pushed back breakfast an additional hour as a courtesy. Rough night. "

"The staff are very happy to solve your problems. Customer service was absolutely amazing! However, a few things will cause us to stay else where when we return in two weeks. The shower is absolutely cold. Luke warm water at best. The breakfast had variety but non of it was good. The pancakes weren’t cooked. They came out too big and just didn’t cook well because the dough disbursement was off. The juice is watered down. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. Instant oatmeal was a hard pass. The one solid from breakfast was the coffee! It’s brewed fresh for every cup. On to the room. The towels in our room had hair on majority all of them. The air didn’t work throughout the night. The walls are thin. You’ll hear your neighbors throughout the night. The back/side door didn’t work so we had to walk around to the front door in the rain. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud! The bathtub was old and stained. Our microwave didn’t work. The staff replaced it promptly but the inconvenience of having to wait to warm up my daughter’s food 15-20 minute after a soccer game wasn’t pleasant. If the breakfast was good we’d return because all other items were fixed besides the outside door. But we’d just rather pick a hotel that will probably have everything in order without breakfast included and just buy breakfast."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The room itself was clean, which is always a good start. However, one thing to know before arriving is that the kitchen is not fully equipped when you walk in. If you plan to cook, you will need to request basic items like dishes, utensils, plates, pots, pans, and even a toaster from the reception. None of these are automatically provided in the room. It is also important to come prepared or plan a shopping trip. You will need to buy essentials such as dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, tissues, disinfecting wipes, and any food you plan to eat. If you want to cook properly, you may also need to bring or purchase a cutting board and a knife. For laundry, detergent can be purchased at the reception, but they do not provide fabric softener, so keep that in mind. The check-out policy is strict. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and if you are late, there is a $10 charge for an extra hour. Staying until 1:00 PM results in being charged for a full additional day. Breakfast is very minimal and not what you would expect from a traditional hotel. It is more of a grab-and-go setup with items like cookies, snacks, oatmeal, and coffee. Another thing worth noting is that some guests stay here long-term, almost like tenants. Because of this, you may occasionally see people who give off a less typical hotel vibe. Overall, despite these drawbacks, it can still be a good place to stay, especially if you prefer to cook."
