"the room was clean the tv kept going off because of the wifi they advertised coffee available and infused water 24 hours complimentary when we arrived back at room in the evening we stopped by office they said we would have to pay for coffee they also showed hot breakfast on their website the breakfast started at 7;30 am we arrived at 8am there was some fruit loops cornflakes and oatmeal 4 slices of wheat toast and coffee nothing else not even juice when we asked the front desk about it they told us we booked through 3rd party expedia but i told them to look at there website and that's what it showed no response we had to go to a diner for breakfast "

"Hot tub & pool were filthy. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am and we all had to evacuate. The property did absolutely nothing to compensate us nor apologize. Complete mess and nightmare. "

"The bed was so comfy, the room was spacious and clean. I would recommend you ask for a river view room, it's quite beautiful. My sister-in-law set-up a brunch for us and the food was delicious."
