Luxury Hotels & Resorts in Twin Falls from AU$150

"Don't stay here not worth the money. First hotel staff didn't even tell me were ice machine and vending machines were and they were hidden in main office I didn't see them until I was checking out. They didn't even bring extra towels the second day and there was no I'm out clean room/do not disturb sign. But, there was a for your safty lock both locks sign this hotel isn't in a bad part of town or in a high crime city but does service some shaddy clientele. Maintenance is awful most of the outlets were broken, towel bar was broken, etc. Worst part was the AC/heating was broken for entire hotel I got notified at check in, but all the other hotels were booked due to a soccer tournament, circus in town, and other events that weekend, so other options were extremely limited. Also, there is no refrigerator, microwave, or breakfast so expect to eat out and no saving leftovers. All this and the rooms were cracker boxes with just enough room to walk around bed a small open closet between bed and bathroom and a small bathroom shower was just big enough to stand forget shaving your legs ladies and don't drop something and have to bend over the shower curtain was sticking to me and my husband as we each tried to take our seperate showers. I don't like complaining and don't usually leave bad reviews, but honestly this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled alot, so I have many to compare it to."

"Definitely stayed in better hotels. The only hot items for breakfast were some not so great eggs, sausage links and waffles. The rooms were good but the beds are hard and not comfortable at all and the pillows were horrible, actually had to ask for more just to stack them 😕 staff was very kind though and there is a pool and hot tub. So honestly my only complaint is the beds and pillows. It is located in a quiet and convenient location with several amenities in the area. "
