"This hotel was PERFECT for my husband and I's weekend getaway! It wasn't located too far from town. Super clean! Fire was always running. Staff was always helpful. The coffee bar in the morning has a great menu with a barista that has such a warming personality! Always smiling! Valet was quick every time we needed to get our car. The room was spacious with a large bathroom! Loved the fireplace in the room. Made it more homely feeling. Will definately be booking another stay soon!"

"I pause for a 525sqf room and I ended up in a 300SQF room, I had to go to the lobby and tell them, they said that that was my room, I showed them what I had paid for on the Expedia App and the person kindly moved us, but told us the the Expedia App was not property adjusted and that you EXPEDIA NEED TO ADJUST THAT"

"The only inconvenient thing it was that they gave me a room 3 hours late, i did check in at 4pm and y got a room at 7pm"

"Looks like they are actively updating it. The pool and hot tub were both closed during our stay. Rooms are good but the service could have been better. With as many options as Tahoe offers, Bally will not be my first choice. "
