"Amazing breakfast, clean and friendly staff."

"I stayed at the Encore last Friday and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clearly designed with a lot of attention to detail. The entire property feels high-end and organized, and the service in most areas of the hotel was great. The casino floor is impressive, with a great atmosphere and a wide variety of games available. It’s definitely one of the best casino properties in the region. However, the only negative part of my stay was the behavior of a few dealers at some of the tables. Unfortunately, some of them came across as rude and unnecessarily unfriendly toward players. At one point, I had an argument with a dealer who was speaking disrespectfully not only to me but also to other people at the table without any clear reason. That kind of attitude takes away from what should be a fun and welcoming environment. Aside from that situation, everything else during my stay was excellent. The hotel, facilities, and overall atmosphere are outstanding. I would definitely return, but I hope management can address the professionalism of some dealers so the experience matches the high standard of the rest of the property."

"The walls were thin so you could hear the next room easily. Breakfast was until only 9am. Prefer 10am so we could sleep in. "

"Room is very spacious! Clean, neat, tidy. Breakfast is good. Just the location is not as convenient as I thought. Around 10 mins ride from airport. Good that they provide free shuttle. It will be more convenient if you rent a car. It’s not close to subway. "

"Air did not work and heat would not shut off. It was 80 degrees in the room the entire time. It was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. Staff did not offer to change our room or anything. I have a medical condition that flares up if I get too hot and this was a horrible experience. "

"Room 331 has unfinished areas multiple spots on the walls . Cobb webs on the lamp shades so I can only assume house keeping doesn’t clean properly. The bath drain would not stay in the up position over filling during shower . Manager was notified . But strongly doubt she will follow through on complaint. "
