"The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work."

"We have stayed at this hotel now and then for about 20 years. The staff are very nice and the hotel and inside the restaurant. The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. There was water coming out from under the bidet which made puddles of water. We stayed there twice this past week and both bidets had rust colored stains in it and the bathroom doors were in sad shape as well. Internet access was not good in either room we stayed in. Not sure we will stay there again. "

"Well maintened, easy access and safe place. To visit this and surroundings cities is easybl and i recomend to look at the high point of Machado city and on shore, try to tastebso many different kind of cheese. The hot breakfast and fruits are suitable! I do recomend this hitel!"
