The resort is very nice and clean. Staff is the restaurants are awesome, however the ones at the beach and pool service was very slow. The menu is good so does the food. The rooms are amazingly big and very comfortable. Maybe the staff needs a little more management.

Nice view

This was a fantastic place to stay for a milestone anniversary. Check in was easy and The water was beautiful and so was the property. Having your own swimming pool is a game changer and we were able to make some meals with the full kitchen. Only minor complaint were the noise pollution from the nearby construction and a beach vendor playing loud music that takes away from the serenity.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Beautiful property right on the sand, steps from the water. Loved how quiet and secluded it felt. It was a perfect few days here with everything we needed and the property manager just a call away. Would return in a heartbeat.
