"This is my girlfriend and I’s second visit, we were drawn to the quiet area and seclusion last year from everyday life and decided to rebook. Island life… Rooms are on the older side but the resort does what they can to maintain as best as possible. Private own resorts should be supported as much as possible IMO. This is a place for people who don’t want to be around many people but still wanna enjoy themselves."

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the water park was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest drawbacks was that most of the resort activities, shops, and amenities seemed to shut down around 5:00–6:00 PM. After that, there wasn’t much to do besides spend time on the beach, which made the evenings feel a bit limited. The dining experience was also somewhat underwhelming. While there were a couple of restaurants on-site, the food was just average and the service was inconsistent at times. More dining options and a stronger focus on hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the beach, water park, and helpful staff. With more evening entertainment, expanded dining choices, and improved restaurant service, this resort could offer a much more memorable experience."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I - and our adult children and their spouses - and four grandbabies - enjoyed a magical two weeks on Captiva at Morning Glories. The home was well designed and outfitted for our large group, the location of the home was perfect for walking to the beach for surf, sand and sunsets, and for walking and riding our bikes to the stores and restaurants in the core of Captiva. Alan and Albert of American Realty Group of Captiva were incredibly responsive and helpful all along the way when we had questions or minor issues at the house. All were addressed without a hitch - making our 2 weeks even more enjoyable. Our entire family agreed that we will come back in a heartbeat when the opportunity arises again!"

"My husband and I just loved our stay here (5 days)! It has everything you need for a perfect island getaway! Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend staying here. We used the kayak (very easy to handle), loved the screened-in porch area. Quiet place. Very pleased with this place !"

"It was a small cabin type, and you would not want more than 2 people, but it was functional and the shower was decent size, but it was well kept up and you could not beat the location, right on the beach, and all sand for miles on the shore or water! For the price it was great value. I did leave them a comment as I think they should provide more than one set of towels bath and beach, ans since it is small more hook and shelves to put and hang things would be nice. We would definitely recommend and return!"

"Location is perfect, felt private and exclusive. Good for large groups. Kitchen was well equipped with two refrigerators. Coffee pot wasn’t amazing but they rarely are. The fold out couch needed a blanket, pillow and mattress cover (sheets were provided) the other bedrooms were sufficiently equipped. We were a large group and some guests were very cold… so blankets were an issue."

"We loved the front porch area for having coffee and meals. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient. Nice to have beach towels and chairs with the umbrella and the wagon for carting everything to the beach. We loved the beach decor and the whole esthetic of the cottage."

The house is large with plenty of space for everyone and the pool was great, private, and kept at the perfect temperature. The house was clean with only minor wear and tear. Loved the location and walked to the beach everyday. Close to everything you would want to do in the Captiva village! We only had a few minor issues that were handled promptly and professionally. We worked with Albert and he was so accommodating and he promptly answered any questions we had. I had also communicated with Albert prior to our trip and he always answered my questions. I’ve rented many properties in Florida and American Realty Group was superior to all other property management companies I’ve encountered."
