"One of few remaining older homes. The location along others along Captiva Drive is outstanding. The property is older, with the essential renovations like kitchen and baths. The property does need some repairs, but is clean and well maintained. Nothing that won’t impact your stay. "

"This Beach Home Has Been Our Fav So Far, Its Beautiful, Modern, Clean, Has All the Needs! It's a Huge Home with a Huge Pool! We Loved It Every day! The Landscape Also Was Beautiful! We Wished They Had Decked Out the Basement with Game Room Vibes for The Older Children/Younger Adults/Everyone, It's A Huge Unused Space & That Seems Like the Perfect Option. The 3 Bedrooms Facing the Ocean Didn't Have Tv's. It Wasn't a Huge Inconvenience as We Were Hanging with Family Instead but We All Missed Watching TV Before Bed. We Thought It Was Odd the Master Bedrooms Didn't Have A TV. We Were Bummed That the Water Features nor the Water Fountains or the Fire Table Didn't Work. It Also Didn't Seem Like the People Managing This House Represented It Very Well, We Were Told No Fans, No Beach Chairs Etc. so We Rented Beach Chairs and When We Got There, They Had Plenty of Beach Chairs, It Was Too Late to Cancel the Reservations for the Beach Chairs We Rented. Last Complaint Is That We All Were Eaten Alive by Bugs. Bring Bug Spray! All In All, Amazing Place! Our Fav So Far. Beautiful Luxury Home! You Won't Be Disppaointed! "

"Great location and house was very clean. Appreciated the lawn chairs and umbrellas as we were flying so very convenient. Easy access to the beach for the teens and guys fished off the pier. Worked well for a 3 family vacation with teens .Also host was very responsive to our inquiries ,"

"We had a wonderful stay at Snook's Away. There was plenty of space for our large family vacation. The pool is well-maintained and was used every day. The kitchen is well-appointed and perfect for cooking for a large group. The access to beach was convenient. We also appreciate the communication with the managing team. It made our stay stress free.
