"I looked at room while I was checking in. A shopping cart in front of the door. The room smelled bad and looked old. The bathroom was filthy. I never checked in, I told the secretary I do not want to stay here, so I didn't. "

"The concierge tried to put us in a room that had no windows. How could they do that? I was like no way I know I asked for a king size bed, but no one should be in a little room with no windows. He did move us to a double bed with windows, which was much nicer. I was never told that there was construction going on and no pool. We never would’ve stayed there. the restaurant was nice. Probably the only thing that the customer service guy was nice. He took care of us in our immediate problem. Thank you."
