"It is a comfortable hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel, but it is a historic building and the staff are cheerful and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the heavy curtains to cut out the sunlight. The stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky for an older guest when carrying luggage, although staff would have helped. I would certainly return."

Marvelous breakfast choices. If something needed changing the staff responded perfectly. Didn't have time to use the gym/pool but other guests seemed happy. Look forward to the opportunity to return.
