"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. Westport Coast Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Had a superb three night stay at the Westport Coast hotel in October. The location is simply superb, on the quay, looking out over a few boats and the bay beyond. Worth specifying a room at the front, just for the view. Accommodation is also excellent, in my view faultless. The restaurant is on the top floor with a conservatory on one side giving views towards Croagh Patrick: we caught a stunning sunset and three atmospheric mornings. Food is great. The staff are sometimes a bit too efficient, but no complaints there. It's a 30 minute walk through the grounds of Westport House into the town itself, or 20 minutes along the road. There's a car park behind the hotel but I preferred the overflow which is huge and only two minutes walk from the front door. Check in was easy. The spa is great but was suffering from some technical difficulties when we were there. Treatments were excellent. A superlative modern hotel in a beautiful vintage location. "
