"The hotel is very bad, but not suggest anyone to stay there. They make you pay for safe they make you pay for Wi-Fi. It smells very bad and they’re partying all day long. You can’t sleep."

"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn.
The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud.
That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation.
We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. That would have been an extra...

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "
