"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "

"Merhabalar. Üç kız kardeş birlikte 2 gün konakladığımız saklı göl evlerinde çok dinlendirici bir tatil yaşadık. Yemekler çok güzeldi. Servis çok hızlı çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Kaldığımız bungalov otoparktan çok uzakta olduğu için eşya taşıma konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Kafa dinlemek için çok isabetli bir tesis. "Excellent hotel! Staff are amazing throughout the hotel, welcoming, friendly and take their jobs seriously. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are big and spacious and the amenities are nice. The only let down is the shop. Be careful in turkey with paying by card in any shop. The shop in the reception overcharged me and made me pay £88 by card for a body spray that was supposed to be priced at 20 euros. Big let down for the hotel as this shop isn’t even representative or part of the hotel. That’s the only reason why I’m taking 1 star of. The hotel itself is great."

"We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall we had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. The rooms, the property, and everything around us felt fresh and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only areas I think could improve are the pool/beach food options and room service. When you are spending the day swimming, it would be nice to have more easy snack options available near the pool or ocean. Most of the time we had to dry off, change, and go to a restaurant just to get something to eat. Other than small things like chips, there were not many choices. Room service was also not my favorite. Even though the hotel is all-inclusive, room service had an extra charge and everything was priced in euros, so just be prepared for that. I also felt the room service food quality could be better. Other than those small things, we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend it!"

"not wait to return! I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day! The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans! Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm. SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained. Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar. Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff. 10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!"
