"We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. Never heard of something like that! And then when it did work, it could not be put on during the day. At 6AM it went off by itself. To be honest, In a 5 star hotel to be told this, I was embarrassed for them. I must say that the personnel at the reception were as nice could be.
As for breakfast, best not get there a minute past 10:30 in the morning, they’ve already shut down the buffet. That’s not very hospitable.
Otherwise, a nice hotel in the center of Torino. Fix those things and it would be top-notch!"
