The place was clean, nice. It was on the 3rd floor. For 2 seniors it was tough to haul our luggage up. Staircase was dark with cracked tiles. There was no name outside the flat. Had to use phone flashlight to enter code of keybox. Host was friendly & provided taxi contact info as we had an early train to catch.

Apartment is Beautifully decorated and furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Receptionist very helpful. Location convenient to the train station and shopping arcades. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again when in Torino.

Great little property for long or short stay. Walking distance to everything . Very friendly staff , especially Allesia and Gabrielle . Outside can be a bit noisy due to the area but that is city life . Convenient to everything . Very nice accomodations

The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.

The staff was outstanding in their efficiency, helpfulness, and great customer services. In particular I would like to give credit to Gabriele. Without his wonderful and high service attitude, we would not have liked our stay at this hotel. Gabriele took care to ensure that the noise level from the parking area from a nearby restaurant is minimised after dark. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was better. His attention to service was outstanding! He should be promoted and given a substantial pay rise! Alessia was also extremely personable and helpful. Always smiling and helpful. Appliances in the room could have been better. Overall, it was the outstanding service that made our stay so pleasurable.

施設は立派で、部屋はとても広く、清潔、ほとんど文句なしです。 ただシーツがシケ臭かったのと、居間のソファが脂臭かったのが減点理由です。 この手のアパート形式の所は、スタッフが常駐していないので、海外でスマホでメールが出来ない方にはおすすめ出来ません。

Great address in Turin

Very convenient, large, clean and comfortable apartment ideally situated providing an excellent price/quality ratio. For a perfect stay, ask for a rear facing apartment as despite the double windows some noise can be still heard from the central street they are located on. Not dramatic but better if can be avoided.

Great location and facilities

The hotel is located very close to shopping area. 15 minutes walk to Egypt museum. Best to reserve private parking lot with property ahead of arrival. Communication via WhatsApp is superb. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Full kitchen and washing machine provided. Highly recommended.
