"Beautiful hotel, good location, good breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. The only negative is the lack of storage space in the room. It’s a shame that in an otherwise elegant and calming space there is nowhere to store luggage or put away clothes so the room feels messy. There is an open clothes rail for hanging clothes which is functional but not what I really want to be looking at when I wake in the morning. I couldn’t decide whether to keep my underwear in the Mini bar fridge or safe so ended up keeping it in my case as they were the only three options!"

"The location of the property is excellent vis a vis Turin's major museums. The rooms are quiet, as they all look into a internal courtyard, and the staff is friendly and helpful.The breakfast arrangements are a little chaotic, as the breakfast area overlaps with the reception area, but they work well enough."

"We took a chance and decided to book an apartment hotel instead of the traditional hotels as we like more space. We really loved the deluxe duplex with Be Mate Torino. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the first level and a loft with a king size bed. We didn’t hang out on the terrace but it was huge. I requested a room that is quiet so they put us in the back which was exactly what we wanted. Also a plus is that the property actually has a shared space for guests on the first floor with water and coffee and hotel staff has actual on site office hours between 3-7 if I recall correctly. We arrived slightly earlier than check in but was given a code to enter and didn’t have to roam around with our luggages. It was so good to meet the person you’ve been in contact with via text and know that they are real and there to help. I would absolutely recommend this place and visit again! "
