It's definitely a cosmopolitan hotel; I heard at least 5 different languages spoken among the guests while we were there. Turin itself is beautiful and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you like a classic place filled with antiques. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But, there were good and some not-so-good things. The good: The common areas are charming. The garden is beautiful and so is the outdoor patio with lots of cozy seating. What really makes this place worth it is the spa and the breakfast. The spa staff was above and beyond helpful. The staff in general were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They speak multiple languages very well and it was helpful when I could switch from Italian to English as I'm still in the beginner stages of speaking Italian. The not-so-good: The heat was turned all the way up and it was suffocating in our suite. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and woke up to mosquito bites. In addition, I requested the option to reserve online and pay in person and that request was not honored. It significantly complicated my situation and I was not pleased at all. It would have been nice to find staff during the breakfast hours to request something other than drip coffee and tea. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they did not make themselves visible while we were dining (around 7:40 am). Some things are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (like the ancient elevator).

Lovely hotel. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. A very comfortable sitting-room area where you can relax and read. I enjoyed staying there very much and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was very nice! Our room was clean and the breakfast is very good. We had great dining recommendations from the front desk. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit hard to find at first but once we found it, we realized it was centrally located and convenient.

Great location! The hotel is close to public transport and is easy walking distance to all the common attractions. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. A lovely (and wide) selection was offered for breakfast each day. The spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Great after a long day of walking and site seeing! I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again, soon :)

The hotel is fabulous. I love the spa and I had a treatment there. I was given a welcome letter with 20% discount on spa service. I trusted the hotel so I just paid when the front office told me the amount. However I came home and checked the bill and I paid the full amount of the facial treatment which is Euro 85. Otherwise it would be almost perfect for my stay.
