" This house is very large with a full kitchen two bedrooms and a living room that is fully equipped with everything that you need. It is located on a beautiful vineyard with fruit trees that you are allowed to pick. The owner is an expat from America and very nice however he insisted that we paid cash and when we were allowed to pay credit card we had to pay at a higher exchange rate than what was agreed upon on hotels.com. "Spent the weekend at Casa de Uco to unwind and relax. A bit of a drive from Mendoza airport (roughly 1.5 hours) located at the foot of the Andes mountains and surrounded by vineyards. Small, refined, luxurious. Never left the property. No reason to. Had breakfast and dinner on site. Cooled off in the pool, pampered in the spa, went horseback riding through the vineyards. Room was large, very comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the mountains and vineyards. Staff was VERY attentive to our needs and were quick to respond to any requests. A perfect place to get away to relax and unwind."
