"Baitong means "green" in Khmer and that truly shows in this hotel/resort. The pictures you see of the Forest Garden Pool is way better in ́person. The staff is great, very nice and polite. I booked the Terrace Garden View, I liked it but I think I should have booked the Pool View instead. I did like the privacy of the terrace, but the room is hidden behind the forest and that is all the view. Still a great room! The buffet breakfast was good. I like the egg station and the noodle soup station. The buffet is a mix of Khmer/Asian/Western options. Location of the hotel is also ideal, very near Independence Monument. Overall I highly recommend."

Noise of builders throughout the day especially on a Saturday. Staff were noisy on the floor around 8am when trying to sleep. Hotel was clean, ultra modern and staff were helpful. Great location and well worth the money. Would recommend now work has been completed"

"The boys who run the place were so kind and helpful. They made my stay 10000% better. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make some coffee in the mornings, but that was the only amenity that I missed. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because the girl who cleans the room didnt actually clean anything. She took out the trash, which I also did anyway, and swept. I stayed for 2 weeks and had to ASK her to come clean and then she never even changed the sheets. Aside from that, the property was perfect, the downstairs was always kept clean, and the boys again were just the best. Ill definitely stay here again when I come back."
