One of the worse hotel

There is only one croissant and coffe. I could buy that cheaper outside in coffee shop. The toilet is linking water and under the hotel a bar was music noisy all the night

Near all what you need and room size is great for family of 4 but very loud music until 1 -2 in the morning; mosquitos are very prevalent ; room smells, hallway is full of cigarette smoke at night; old bath towels, extra blankets smelly; more phonejack outlets (old tech) only two electrical outlets

More likely a 1 star hotel

Reception always on mobile call then obviously would not focus and understand your request. Customer has to wait first before they help you Bathroom was disgusting, I have to clean myself with a detergent. Bed is half broken, so I have to fix underbed for the mattress to be stable. Good location but noisy as there's a night club part of the hotel. Really need some refurbishment!!! And some customer service training!

L'hôtel est très bruyant avec une boîte de nuit en bas qui même aux étages supérieurs résonne et s'entend jusqu'à tard dans la nuit... La wifi ne marche pas non plus. Le seule avantage est l'emplacement qui est idéal pour une visite de Tunis. À eviter cependant !!

الفندق موقعه جيد جدا في شارع الحبيب بورقيبة وسعره رخيص موظفة الاستقبال محترمة ومتعاونة لكن للاسف تنقصه النظافة والفرش قديم جدا جدا كذلك أدوات الاستحمام قديمه جدا ولا تصلح للاستخدام الصوت الخارجي المزعج الافطار بسيط جدا تصنيف الفندق 3 نجوم والحقيقة لا يمكن اعتباره أكثر من نجمة واحدة على أقصى تقدير
