"The staffs are very nice and helpful and the place is near bus stop and train station, it is very convenient but the hotel is old and in the room there is moldy smell."

They were in charge of managing our room and were very responsible, polite, and sincere in their work."

"Microwave in room. Light was so bright couldn’t sleep had to cover with clothing! Breakfast cooked food was cold."

"We love the location, it was very beautiful part of Saikung. I am very grateful to the hotel staff, who gave me my room key after I had checked out, but later discovered I had lost my bracelet. After getting the room key, I was able to find my bracelet in the bathroom. Thank you!"
