"Cute and comfortable! We really enjoyed the guesthouse and its beautiful surroundings. The pool was lovely, though too cold to use during our stay — but the spa hot tub was amazing, and we enjoyed it every day. The kitchen, with its full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and small dishwasher, met all our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable with good pillows (important for us) Rachel was easy to reach and responsive when we had a question or two.We’d highly recommend staying here! We also loved hiking at nearby Dead Horse and doing a bit of shopping in town."

"Walking into this property was absolutely breathtaking. You feel like you’re on a ship with the water below you. Sometimes I was a little nervous when the tides were high because at times the water and waves roar under the home , but I quickly got used to it. We saw dolphins , seals and seagulls right out the living room window. The sound of the waves were absolutely hypnotizing and everything I’d hoped for.The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. The linens were as soft as silk. When I had questions about certain things, the management quickly responded."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the only issue was NOT wanting to leave. Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. The Tea House was absolutely amazing. Very cool, very earthy and comfortable.We loved absolutely every minute of our time in Topanga and planning to return for a much longer visit. The area is absolutely gorgeous. We we able to take a short trip to the local country store to grab dinner to bring back to the Tea Hose. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need and dining area is WONDERFUL. Perfect to sit and enjoy nature. We had an absolutely perfect time. The hosts are great, we loved it and are counting the days until we can stay again. "
