Sr. Alexander.Lamentamos que su experiencia con nosotros, no haya sido de su agrado, sin embargo nos gustaría explicar un poco mas sobre lo sucedido:La habitación que usted reservo era una superior con 2 camas, la cual fue lo que le otorgamos junto a su petición especial que fue una cuna, su reserva fue para 2 personas 1 bebé pero al complejo se presentaron con usted 2 niños extras al numero que usted había registrado, por lo que procedimos hacerle mención sobre ello.Decidimos apoyarlo y solamente se le hizo la observación junto con la aclaración que la habitación que había reservado solamente permitía una capacidad para 4 personas, por otro lado se le hizo mension que como los niños no estaban dentro de la reserva, tenia un costo adicional el cual se negó rotundamente a pagar.Al llegar usted nos dejo en claro que solamente usaría la habitación para que descansara su bebe y que por eso solo la ocuparia hasta las 7: 00 p.m.Se le hizo una excepción, pidiéndole un depósito en garantía equivalente al costo por los dos niños adicionales por una noche. En caso de que usted decidiera quedarse en la noche se abonaría a la cuenta y de esa forma tendría incluido para los niños los mismos servicios que ustedes (toallas de playa, mobiliario en la playa, desayuno, etc) Finalmente todo nuestro Staff estuvo muy al pendiente de usted y su familia, conforme a sus necesidades hasta incluso se le otorgo la habitación un poco antes de las 15:00 p.m. que es el horario de check in para que pudieran dormir alBebe. Como entenderá de nuestra parte hicimos todo para apoyarlo en sus planes para que pudiera disfrutar del paraíso. Es una pena que no haya realizado la reservación de la manera correcta entendiendo que existen diferentes tarifas y capacidades en cada tipo de habitación. De esta manera nos habríamos evitado el contratiempo ambas partes. Saludos.
