Everything is like new. Large open floorplan with gas fireplace & separate work area. Huge kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, gas stove.
Game room has pinball machine, & game table with Pac-man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, & 300 more games. 2 king size beds ,1 queen bed along w/ queen sleeper sofa. Mattresses are plush pillowtop. Main bedroom features a private luxury bath w/ spa tub and shower. Covered Patio with grill and firepit. 1/2 mile to the Rose District. Parking for 3 off St.
