Master down (king), half bath down. Queen bed up. The lounge room features a leather couch that transforms into a sofa bed. Large bonus room has 2 twin XL beds that could be pushed together to make another master suite. Upstairs has a full bath. Stylish modern decor. Joe Creek Trail through the back gate, inviting you to explore the natural beauty and connects to trails all through Tulsa. HOA quiet neighborhood with additional rules - no heavy equipment, machinery, RV’s or trailers allowed. No overnight parking in street. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am.
