I did not like that the resort fees was not included in the original package price

I hadn't stayed at Planet Hollywood for about 15 years. And now I know why it's so cheap to stay there. I checked in at the digital kiosk since the people line was so long. It offered me an upgrade to a room with more space and a mini fridge, which we desperately needed to cool our water and drinks in summer. So I selected and paid for it. The room was terrible. Not only did the mini fridge NOT work, but they put us in a room right next to the 21+ pool. Booming music from 9am-6pm, butt cheeks everywhere, and a bar right outside our window. We tried to get help from the AI texting, which told us someone would come replace the fridge at 6:30pm. It never happened. After complaining at 10pm that it never got fixed, the hotel sent one small woman with a replacement fridge and expected her to move a very heavy desk by herself to remove the old one. It was getting so late by then that I asked them to just leave both. She was trying to bring up two more employees later that night!! When we told them about this issue the same night, we got upgraded to a higher room for the next day "with a view." When we went to the lobby to retrieve keys, we were told that the view was terrible, and we would be better off with a poolside view to see all the lights at night. So we went to the 19th floor. Beautiful view, but guess what went wrong this time? The AC WOULDN'T COOL THE ROOM! It stayed on all night trying to cool down to 65. It never did. Will not stay here again.
