"Stained sheets and comforter. Dirt on floor, lamp, lamp shades, air conditioner. It was so gross I couldn't stay there. Then when I asked for a refund, the GM Edgar Guzman denied it and would not even discuss it with me. I had booked 3 nights and I even agreed to pay for one if he would refund the other 2. "The hotel was clean and well maintained. The receptionist was really nice and helpful answering questions I had about the area. However the service at breakfast was horrible. The guy serving the breakfast was rude and completely changed the feeling we had for our stay. His attitude will be the reason we will not stay at this hotel again. Definitely not worth the 300 we spent for a night. He was serving cold microwaved omelets and passing them out with such anger. Everyone has a bad day but you need to leave that at home when you are in hospitality. "
