"We had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn in Ruidoso. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—it’s right on one of the main roads, which made it very convenient for getting around Ruidoso and to the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was fair and had enough options to get the day started. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Ruidoso."

"I was pleasantly surprised to walk into what appeared to be a beautifully renewed and decorated room. Everything was cleaning, including the bathroom floors (which is usually an issue in many hotels). The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the add ons (seasonal fruit and cranberry juice) were surprisingly inexpensive. The office/checkin staff were so friendly and helpful, as were the cleaning personnel who we contacted to get extra coffee and trash bags. I loved this hotel and will definitely go back there."

"Haven’t been in a few years. Some things were still great. Staff, location, breakfast, and rooms were okay just very worn and in need of major redo. Sink , tub and toilet were all very slow draining which they quickly addressed and made better but made some things gross in doing so which I tried not to care too much because their job is not cleaning up afterwards but repairing issues. Everything was pretty much fine other than being in such need of renovation in rooms and the price they are charging for those rooms. We have stayed many times and probably will in the future but would be nice to see some upgraded rooms for the prices being charged"
