"Great location and decent rooms however a lot of homelessness and crime in the area. I would not park a big truck there as you will not fit in the parkade (6 ft clearance) and you will have to park in the back alley. Unfortunately a lot of drug users are in that back alley and your vehicle / belongings are not safe to leave in the vehicle - do not leave anything in your car."

"The one thing that I have found disappointing at this location One the showers and washrooms But more importantly, the coffee in the room is dark roast only and not everybody is a fan of Starbucks and dark roast and especially when you’re only given powdered cream where all hotels even Sandman gives you creamer, I just expected for a higher quality hotel that would invest more in their customers and your morning sets your day. The main reason I book at this location is specifically for the pool outdoor in the summer and the restaurant and it’s pretty"

"The burner on the gas barbecue isn’t working properly, and there seems to be a small gas leak somewhere. Also, the doors leading to the small balcony where the barbecue is located can close and lock behind you. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. The hosts were lovely, we really enjoyed our time there, and we would love to come back."

"The location was fantastic - walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. The amenities were excellent: pool, hot tub, sauna, ping pong, board games, bikes, rollerskates, etc. Our room was a good size with a kitchen. I would stay here again and recommend it."

"My wife, 3 children, and I stayed 7 nights in this very nice condo. Check in was very smooth and simple and the condo was very clean and well maintained. Access to the pool and gym were extremely fast and easy, and access to tugboat beach was only a 5 minute walk. Boat and lake amenities are in walking distance, lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, pubs, etc all walking distance. The host was very nice and made sure we got settled in and made sure we had everything we needed. Underground parking was very useful to keep the car cool during the day before heading out on a trip to other areas around the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily cooking, washer and dryer were very useful and allowed for lighter packing. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a place to stay with your family on a fun summer trip to the lake."

"Our stay was amazing! The place was extremely clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with a really nice theme throughout. Chanceline was a fantastic host—great at communicating, always available to help, and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The views from the balcony were incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful place for families or groups of 4–5 people. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!"
