"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful."

"Very good accomodation directly off Tonbridge High St. Take-away’s literally 2 minutes walk. Accomodation was spacious and very clean. Only nitpicks was the showers wasn’t great and it was missing a few sunrises like laundry powder and not enough toilet paper. Safe spot plus also next to the park. Would recommend. "

"Short business trip so was just looking for a cheap place to stay. Single room with all the essentials in a modern block of conference centre type rooms. The main building though is an old country house and is beautiful and used as a wedding venue. Breakfast included was very good. Would have liked to have stayed longer so I could look around the estate."

There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning."
