Amazing property. Construction going on really close to the hotel. Transients are very close. Other than that just fantastic. Comfortable and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend we were traveling with our 2 dogs so while walking them I was worried about transients

Great new place easy access to freeway a super Walmart across the street if you need anything. Our room seemed to be clean but areas that have missed some wipe downs for sure and areas that were missed on the floor you can feel weren’t swept or mopped. Would stay there again if ever in Tucson

The property was new, however, the room we were given was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Food waste, stained carpets, access doors left open, feces on the toilet. We immediately notified the manager who made minor corrections but refused to have the room properly cleaned for the first two days of our stay. We ended our stay 4 days early and found much more suitable accommodations nearby. The manager was aware of our dissatisfaction and did not attempt to interfere with our change or apply and cost changes for the days we were there.

The outdoor pool was perfect temperature. Very nice place if you're planning an extended stay. There's even a washer and dryer in the room.

Pros: new property, excellent staff, very clean inside the hotel and in the parking lot, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, very nice bathroom, free coffee and tea, snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby, very quiet, pool, outdoor seating area, Walmart and restaurants across the street...the list goes on, honestly. Cons: Unfortunately, there are quite a few homeless people walking about, outside the property, as it is located only a couple of blocks from a not-so-great neighborhood of South Tucson. Also, the previous guest's trash wasn't removed from our room - however, when we took the trash bag down to the lobby for disposable, the staff were very apologetic, and knocked $20 off our bill! Overall, however, our stay was outstanding, and we will definitely return here on our future trips to Tucson. The homeless issue is more saddening than anything else - I only mention it because it may make some folks uncomfortable. Although the property is CLOSE to a down-and-out part of Tucson, it is actually IN an up-and-coming neighborhood. If you don't drive around, you would never know. The property itself is very secure.

Excellent. Unique rooms with full kitchen. High quality fixtures. Attention to the details of what people need in room. Common areas have lots of cool things to add to atmosphere. Love the outdoor fire places and corn hole.

Just a quick review: Highlights: The wonderful staff Animal friendly hotel (though we did not have ours) The overly sweet coffee machine in the lobby Negatives: Poor soundproofing between floors. Overly soft pillows disappear under your head. Low flow shower head with no water pressure.

Nice property. It was very well taken care of. Rooms were spacious and pleasant. With many amenities. The fire tables outside and pool area were great. Nice location to major highways too.

The property opened in August. It is a beautiful and well cared for hotel, you can tell that everyone cares about the hotel and it' guests.The staff is incredible and have been very helpful to me when I have been facing horrible problems with VRBO rental. It's also conveniently located, with a gas station/convienent store in almost their parking lot.Super Walmart across street. Lots of local restaurants. Easy door dash deliveries.They are very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

I went to Tucson for a wedding and this was a beautiful new location near conviene store, fast food, and Costco. Staff was friendly and room was exceptional! I will definitely be staying here on out next visit to Tucson. After extensively searching for a hotel, the other hotels in the area appeared very run down compared to this one.

Wonderful experience. Clean and comfortable room. Close to the airport and freeway to get to destinations easily. Nice BBQ and firepit areas. Friendly and accomodating staff. My only negative would be the pillows are awful. Would highly recommend and will for sure stay again next time we visit Tucson.

The room was cleans it smelled brand new. The manager was very attentive and welcoming. Very clean and the coffee machine and gym were exceptional. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in at a hotel by far. We were close to I-10 but still quiet. Highly recommend

This new property is absolutely beautiful with nice rooms, stocked kitchens, bbq area, gym and pool. We were impressed with the property. The location is right across the street from a decent shopping area. The only negative - the $125 pet fee. It was very excessive for a 3 night stay. The Manager knocked it down to $75 for us but we felt that was still unreasonable.

Waterwalk Tucson is a good hotel. When we first entered our room, there was long black hair strands in the bathroom and on towels. A trimmed toenail on the floor and a tisdue crammed down the bathroom.sink drain. We stayed 6 nights and never was asked if we wanted housekeeping service. Overall, a good hotel, but lots of highway noise and homeless nearby.

This property was amazing, beautiful and quiet. Nearby many shops and restaurants. It is at a convenient location. Only thing was the front desk staff took a while to get to us but that is understandable! Very kind :)
