- Enjoy this private, ground floor end unit Casita. One of few freestanding Casitas on property. No neighbors above you. 10 ft ceilings. Clean, quiet, and completely remodeled. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with everything you need for a great Tucson visit. 3 pools, 2 spas, and a fitness center. We are located next to Ventana Canyon Resort. Easy to tap into all of the amenities of the resort, book a spa day, play golf, go to one of their many restaurants. Our development is surrounded by Sonoran desert along one of best golf courses in Southern Arizona. Our guests enjoy shopping and restaurants within walking distance and Sunrise and Kolb. Many enjoy hiking the nearby trails at Sabino Canyon and Bear Canyon. Many guests stay nearby. Others explore the surrounding areas. We are only 20-25 mins from most parts of town including Mt. Lemmon, the University of Arizona-home to our U of A Wildcats, downtown, the Tucson Community Center, 6th Avenue, are all within a 20-25 minute radius.
