This is a private three bedroom two bath residence with a full kitchen and laundry room. Guests have access to entire property including fenced back yard and private patio.

Home is right off of Mountain, just North of the U of A. Visitors will find a wonderful array of dining options within walking distance. Don`t miss Beyond Bread and Blue Willow.

Please contact owners if you have any questions about the pet depost policy or the non-refundable cleaning deposit of $79. There is absolutely no smoking allowed indoors and the entire security deposit will be forfeited to cover the costs associated with smoke elimination protocols should this policy be violated.
Owners require an extra fee for each dog to cover normal cleaning charge required to insure home is dander and odor free after pets have been allowed in the home. To avoid any confusion about our pet policy, please message the owner before you book if you have a dog.
Due to cat allergies, cats are not allowed.
We love our pets too; however, pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged for guests who allow their dogs to shed on the bedding and furniture as we will be required to have all bedding professionally cleaned for future guests if this policy is violated.
FOR GUESTS STAYING OVER THIRTY (30) NIGHTS- There will be an additional charge of $100 for a mid stay cleaning fee. This fee is paid to the housekeeping team for performing a bathroom clean of all bathrooms, a kitchen wipe down of counter tops, refrigerator, stove and cabinets, and a sweep and mop of the unit.
We also love our eco-friendly guests who own electric vehicles; however, we do not allow running hazardous cords from the house to parking areas for the purpose of re-charging electric vehicles. Moreover, the 200 amp service was not designed to accommodate these excessive power loads so please utilize the charge station located at the Bookman`s located on Ina and Thornydale for your electric charging needs. Owner permission is required before any concessions can be made regarding the additional costs and liabilities associated with charging electric vehicles.
We ask that our guests treat our home with the same care that one would expect from someone visiting for the first time.

Great location in a cul-de-sac made for quiet and restful sleep. Well appointed kitchen with all the accoutrements needed to cook basic meals and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Nice little backyard for the dog to run around safely. Will return again
Our family of 4 (age range from 25-82) from PA booked this beautiful home as a comfortable place to stay when visiting my brother and his significant other, who live only a couple blocks away, during the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, the owners were responsive and kind, and it was awesome to be in walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is right off the beaten path yet tucked away and surprisingly quiet and "secluded". We will be booking this home again for our next visit. It exceeded expectations.
This was our third time staying at this property. Nothing has changed in that time. Some of the furniture seems well worn--one couch, couch pillows and the living room rug seemed like it needed to be cleaned. The rest of the place was very clean. Other than that we were satisfied and with location and neighborhood.
The home was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of towels, hot water, seating, and having the washer/dryer available was great. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was a whisk. Ha! We made do with forks. While we enjoyed the space, which was mainly for eating and sleeping as we explored and hiked, the outdoor space needed some attention like patio furniture or a firepit. Most needed were seat cushions that actually fit the heavy metal chairs at the outdoor table. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
The house was fine overall. Will say that the neighborhood was pretty noisy at night. But it worked out really well for our trip: central location to all of the places we needed to be. Easy entry, and getting in & out during our stay. Would stay there again.
Clean and neat inside with the right amount of kitchen equipment for cooking. The managers were responsive to any questions or problems we encountered and the check in and check out requirements were simple.
We found this house in a quiet neighborhood in great location. The house had just what we needed for three weeks. The laundry room was a great office. We ate at home often and found the kitchen adequately stocked. We'd definitely stay here again.
Great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable house
A great house for our visit to Tucson with my sister and her family. The set up of the house was perfect for each family to have their own space and bathroom. And the location was awesome - easy to get to just about everything and a ton a good food options very close by. Initial communication with the property manager was a little rough, but was quickly rectified and was very responsive after that.
Home was as listed and was good for our family Christmas.
It seems like the home is still under improvements. The deck and back yard are like an blank canvas - a hot tub, more outdoor seating and landscaping would make it amazing! We were able to park an RV in the driveway, which was a huge bonus!
Overall, the whole family was happy with everything.

It was a great space for my family to gather together, play games, eat food and enjoy one another. The back yard was great for my puppy to run and get some energy out.
The master suite I imagine will be a great cool place in the summer, but in the winter it was very chilly staying in that room.
Bring your own coffee and tea as they only provided folgers.
The kitchen amenities were disappointing, so if you plan to cook while staying there you, as I did, you will probably want to bring several items. Sharp knives, kitchen towels, Tupperware for leftovers, spatula, dishwasher soap, and garbage sacks, paper plates, napkins, and additional utensils.
The home was just what we needed! We were in Tucson to visit our grandson who is a student at U of A. The residential area was very quiet and the home was updated and clean. We recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!
We loved our stay here. We had a family retreat here. Beds are comfy. Home is comfortable. Location is great. We enjoyed getting take out and eating on the patio. Great kitchen for cooking also. The neighborhood is quiet. Yes, we would stay here again!
We rented this property to have a place to stay while moving our son to College. The property was conveniently located near the UofA campus and offered the comforts of home.
Loved the central location of this property: great proximity to restaurants, The Loop, and the university. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room. Good separation of space for a relatively small house.
