- Brand New .... Everything. Fully remodeled casita that just oozes with charm. 3 miles to the U of A, tucked away in the well established Peter Howell Neighborhood. The casita has everything you need for a long or short stay. Sleeps 2, 3 if we provide a cot. Let us know in advance if that would be needed!!

Gather up all trash, empty fridge and take two garbage

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Strip All dirty linens and towels ( not comforters ) and put in the bathroom
Sign guest book, take out trash, wash your Dishes a pick up any animals droppings :) and of course, return keys to lockbox. Leave a when you can
