PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

My family and I had a great time at the house. It was very clean and spacious for my family of 8. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Tucson again.
This property is centrally located to all we wanted to do. We were a short distance from a Walmart, which was nice. 15-20 minutes from downtown Tucson and only minutes away from several restaurants. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped (we cooked Thanksgiving meal), grill was clean and ready to use, plenty of space for everyone to move around and having parking inside the garage was very nice too. The yard was nice with adequate seating for all of us. Our granddaughter loved being able to run around the fenced in yard. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood; we felt very safe there. Communication was superb, both before and during our stay. We will definitely consider this property when we return again.
This was perfect for 4 college roommates getting together after 60 years . We enjoyed the outdoor space and were very comfortable indoors. We were delighted to find coffee and tea available and cooked in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable .an..the spaces
Communication is top notch. The house was great and exactly what we needed and as described in the listing. Clean, had most everything we needed. Back yard is great for hanging out. We decorated for Christmas and had a lot of fun.
The property was just perfect for a girls travel weekend. The accommodations were so lovely and comfortable. The home has four separate bedrooms allowing everyone to have privacy. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard by sitting around the fire pit. If we had need for anything Todd (host), Angel, Bere and the rest of his team were swiftly responsive.
If you like being on vacation while still at home, this will be a good fit for you. There were no lists of crazy demands, communication was prompt and smooth, and all the basic needs were provided in a lovely appointed environment. The one hiccup in our stay was the point of entry and exit, not a huge deal, but I do think it is something that others might find a bit of a hassle.
Really liked that the each bedroom had different size beds. The fans did not work except in one bedroom. My elderly mother had a very difficult time in the home. While the space in the home accommodated her walker the kitchen table & chairs were not suitable for us. The height of table & 4 wooden chairs are counter height!! On the flip side, commode was too low for my mother, she struggled. Oh and it would have been ideal if the bath had a shower vs a tub. For guests that don't have physical disabilities or limitations this is a good house to stay in.
Check in was super easy great communication. Location was absolutely perfect. A little bit of a down fall tv in main bedroom doesn't work. Could not connect to the wifi so that was a bummer.
Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament and loved how close and convenient this was. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The host was attentive too. Thank You :)

Owner very responsive to issues. Immediately replaced rotted cushions on patio set, had ordered and had shipped a comforter, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels. He also dropped by new Adirondack chairs for a possible fire. This one has an excellent geographical location for exploring Tucson. We went to the Ostrich Farm (40 min), San Xavier (15 min), Air and Space Museum (10 min), Botanical Garden (10 min), Old Tucson (10 min), Railroad Museum (10 min) and St Peter and Paul Catholic Church (10 min). While convenient to sites, the globe has fewer basic amenities than a hotel. A bar bar soap in each bath, a variety of TP rolls ranging from oat to fall apart when wet, no facial tissue, no hair dryer in either bath, no shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. There was a picnic style S&P shaker, a very small 1/2 empty olive oil, and a couple other spices. Ground coffee and dry creamer provided. Grill needs TLC.
