- Modern Loft Style 2 Story Home located in a Private Lush Garden Oasis in the heart of Tucson and Bike Path to U of A. So many private outdoor areas to enjoy-from lounging on the turf to soaking in the jetted private hot tub to sitting at the cozy fireplace, to Barbecuing on the Grill! Indoors you'll find all the conveniences of home, with a private breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen AND an additional dining area that seats 4 as well. Great Room features leather sofa and cozy swivel chairs with 65" TV and small desk and chair. Private Laundry Room as well.
Up the modern spiral stair case you will find 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as separate dual vanities. King Bedroom has a 55" TV.
Both bedrooms offer a seated desk area as well and plenty of windows for natural light.
