About this property

“La Casita Encantada” All the Charm & all the Amenties for a Long or Short Stay!

  • Lovely and Full of Charm - Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled 1946 Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Heating and Air Conditioning along with Saltillo Tile throughout so that you are comfortable your entire stay.



    Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available is a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests.

    Guest Access
    Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars. There is plenty of space behind the house and in the driveway to park an RV (though not covered).

    Interaction with Guests:
    We like our privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out, we will leave you to enjoy your stay. (Alway available if needed though )
