House was spacious, very clean, nice bedrooms. Pool was fantastic and was where we spent the most of our time while in Tucson. Loved the addition of kuerig cups quite neighborhood and easy to get to places that we wanted to go

House was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room to spread out and the screen porch was great when we needed more shade. Information about the property was nicely organized and available in a binder. Seemed to be close to everything we wanted to do!

Great gathering with sister-in-law’s in Tucson

The property was in a great south east location for our plans for the trip. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area - it was very nice to sit under the umbrella out by the pool. It wasn’t quite warm enough to go in, but we did dip our toes in. There were five of us and it was a perfect size. Plenty of room in the living dining kitchen and bedrooms. This is an older home but has some nice upgrades. We really enjoyed our stay!

Girls' Weekend

Wonderful and fun place for a 3 generation Girls' Weekend! Fun house with porch and pool. 4 bedrooms. Very clean. Owner super friendly and responsive.

A solid stay for our business trip.

We found our stay to be great for what we needed. Showers were warm, place was cool for the most part. A minor grievance would be the AC took a little while to fully cool down the bedrooms. I would suggest maybe a filter change? Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Accurately listed

The house was conducive to hanging out with friends, and the bedrooms were located nicely for quiet nights. I would prefer a gas fire pit in the backyard instead of wood, but it was nice to have the option. The pool is very nice. That was too cold for us to use it, thanks to mother nature. The location is convenient to get just about everywhere in 20 minutes that you could want to be. The amenities provided were all that we needed and more. Towels and linens were top-notch, and lots of extra cozy blankets were provided.

Feels like home

Stepping into this home felt warm and cozy, not for a moment did we feel out of place! My folks and I loved cooking in the kitchen, and enjoyed unwinding and catching up Netflix at the end of the day, like I said, this place felt home. Thank you for that!!

Warm & Inviting

We stayed at this property as our company was working an event nearby. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We had to move around our dates a few times and she was accommodating and helped us out quickly when needed. The pool was still a little too cool for our March stay, but it the backyard was lovely. We look forward to staying again if our company heads back to Tucson. Oh and the Orange tree in the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Quick Trip in Tucson

Older, nicely designed home that slept 6 very comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked with all cooking utensils and pans needed to cook family meals. Nice coffee bar with complimentary keurig pods. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the warmth of the Tucson weather in winter. Cons: comes with all the nuances of an older home like gurgling sounds in master bathroom at all hours, very bright spotlights all around house, particularly there is one that shines right into master bedroom (blinds didn’t help to block out light), and the large glass slider leading to screened patio does not lock, creating safety concerns. All in all enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

The property was clean accommodating and plenty of room, the "Bars" on the windows made you feel like you were staying in a prison compound . Only one problem the lighting had to be figured out and the Bed in the garage conversion was a safety issue if you could not figure the lighting out.

Comfortable stay in Tucson

There were 4 of us gal pals who stayed in this very comfortable house. We're all in our 60's and it was nice that it was a single story house with no stairs. We loved having the screened in sitting area in the backyard. The pool looked beautiful but it was only in the 60's during our stay, way too cold to swim. The ladies loved the coffee bar with all the kpods. The owner has a binder with everything you need to know about the house and places to eat, shop etc. It came in very handy. The location of the house was excellent for all the adventures we went on. Very close to the Saguaro National Park, San Xavier Mission, Titan Missile, Desert Diamond Casino and downtown Tucson plus many more. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting any of these places. On our way home to Phoenix we went to the Bioshphere 2 which was only an hour from the house.

The stay was wonderful! Having 3 bathrooms was amazing!!! The home had everything we needed and more. We even were able to stream our event live the second day on the living room tV because i wasnt feeling well. Super easy to connect. Kitchen had everything you may need to cook every meal. Tons of storage for groceries. Generously supplied coffee station. Beds were comfy and the cleanliness of the home was definitely 5 star. Cleaners did an excellent job. I can't express how impressed i was on the level of clean condition the house was in when we arrived. Communicating with Rome was easy and he responded promptly anytime i reached out. I did notice only a few reviews about the AC and it was true for me. AC doesnt reach deeply into the primary room unless its way low. Or the smaller queen room. We tried adjusting vents but it just had to be low for a while.. 70/71. I brought 2 box fans to help me because my body temp runs hot. and it was just fine for me. So if you are someone who loves the 69/70 degree range bring support so you dont ice out the house. The front door leaving out is a snug fit to turn the knob but the pin pad coming in is way easy and helpful. I totaly recommend this home!! Its near alot of shopping and only 20ish min from downtown! The grill outside was really nice. The whole outdoor setting was awesome. I didnt want to leave.

Another great stay at this property! Clean , comfortable and in a great location that met our needs. As a family of 6 we had plenty of room to relaxing and hang out. Especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

The house really needs new windows and doors. Up grade the air conditioner. Last years Virbo was stocked better. That being said the price was great and in an area we really liked.

The entire house was great, we had everything we needed. I did suggest a few things like non-stick cooking pans & maybe a new comfortable couch, other than that, it was great. The swimming pool was great, even though it was about 100 degrees out we still used the fire pit to roast marshmallows in the way. The area was nice and the yard was very well maintained. We had a slight problem with the AC & the manager was on top of it within minutes of me notifying him. I will definitely be back to visit Tucson!

Tucked in Tucson

This quiet little neighborhood was tucked away in the heart of Tucson. We walked in and felt right at home. If you are looking for a place with plenty of space and a unique layout this is defiantly the place for you. We are already planning another family trip back to this beautiful poolside home. This home has all the amenities you will want and need. Outside covered patio with a TV, BBQ poolside, huge Island in the kitchen, open layout in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will not be disappointed. From check in to check out everything and everyone was amazing. Have fun!

70 year olds friends gathering

The house had a nice central space for gathering. Foosball was fun.... There are areas that could use updating or work, including in the shared bath and the windows. (cleaned) Personally, I like to have windows that have screens so they can be opened a bit for fresh air and that was not fully an option. The pool and backyard space looked nice but we didn't utilize during our stay.
