- Welcome to the Casita Corazón, a charming and fully private studio guesthouse just a 10-minute walk from the University of Arizona and University Blvd. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a full kitchen, and a cozy living area with your own private courtyard. It's a great spot to unwind and enjoy Tucson's sunny, laid-back vibe.

This was a large, clean studio. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Kitchen with newer appliances. Tight bathroom but a nice shower with nicely provided toiletries. Large television with provided free entertainment and the option to log into my own apps.Location was very handy to campus and bus lines. Off-street parking provided.Would stay again!
