CLEANING.

We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. We provide hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap as well for all our properties.

Bedroom

Master Bedroom has a new queen-sized bed (mattresses & box spring) a nice size standard closet. Extra linens are available for all beds in the house, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are 2 fold out cots for additional guests.

Bedroom 2

Has Queen Bed also, night stands and closet.
Guest Access

Guest have access to the entire house, front yard, and off street parking ( Rv spot upon request ), Free wifi , washer dryer, towels toiletries and linens all included with your stay.

Interaction with Guests

We live in the neighborhood and are available any time for questions. That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson.

Well Trained Pets welcome - fee depends on size and breed of the dog - anywhere from 40-100 dollars only because we bring in a special cleaning crew after guests with pets stay so there's no trace of animals.

We keep our rates low to begin with - and we love return winter visitors ( Generally, ALL of our properties are always booked a year in advance by the same guests so we always give them the best pricing we can ).
