Welcome to 71 Fallsbrook Drive in Beautiful Bear Lake Reserve. This stunning alpine inspired home sleeps up to 8 and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beautiful Views and an abundance of outdoor space blend perfectly into the mountains. Floor to Ceiling windows welcome you to the open living room complete with gas fireplace and large screen TV. The Custom Kitchen is a chefs dream, fully equipped to entertain with a large dining room table to bring the whole family together.
The large Primary Bedroom opens to a beautiful office and also features a full soaking tub and walk in shower in the Primary Bath. Downstairs the home opens up to King and Queen Bedrooms, a second living room with fireplace and a pool table complete with adjoining half kitchen. The fourth bedroom in the home features two Twin beds and is accessed through the kitchen and laundry room and up one flight of stairs.
Just a short walk outside the home and across Fallsbrook Drive is a Private Gazebo, Built in Fireplace and Grill that is accessible only to your home. This home is not pet friendly. As our guest you may enjoy all of the amenities that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer.
