Super Hosts, super vacation apartment

This was our second stay with Helmut and Helga. They are terrific hosts, very helpful and responsive, and the apartment is spacious, clean and convenient. They renovated the apartment and upgraded the kitchen and both bathrooms, and the work is top-quality. We look forward to our next visit with them.

Schöne Wohnung an der Schweizer Grenze

Wir hatten schöne 9 Tage im Vinschgau. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich in alles Wichtige eingewiesen. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit neuem, großzügigem Bad und mit Möglichkeit des Fahrradunterstellens in der Garage, war ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren im Vinschgau. Dank der Vinschgaucart kann man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, auch mit Fahrradmitnahme, gratis benutzen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Straße in die Schweiz, Richtung Ofenpass, die tagsüber doch stark frequentiert ist. Wen das nicht stört, weil er sowieso am Tage unterwegs ist, ist in diesem Ort und diesen netten Gastgebern bestens aufgehoben.

Aktivurlaub in schönster Umgebung

Für alle, die Abseits der Touristenhotspots wohnen und von Bergen und Natur umgeben sein möchten, die perfekte Unterkunft. Die Hosts sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und geben gerne Wander- und Ausflugtips. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Bus- und Bahnanbindung ist super und dank der Gästekarte kommt man kostenlos sogar bis nach Bozen. So kann das Auto gerne auch mal stehengelassen werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Münstertal

Wander- und Radurlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, im einer wunderschönen Gegend zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir konnten auch mit unseren 6 Monate alten Babys viele Wanderwege bestreiten und Hütten erreichen. Dazu hatten wir eine tolle Unterkunft, mit ganz lieben Gastgebern, die uns viele Tipps gegeben haben für Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele,die auch mit Babys machbar sind. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, eine geräumige Wohnung mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und Badezimmer. Es gibt extra Duschen und Waschbecken, was praktisch ist, wenn man als Familie anreist, vor allem dann mit älteren Kindern. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr direkt wieder buchen, weil wir uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft, nette Gespräche und Ausflugstips. Bis nächstes Jahr.

Es hat alles bestens geklappt, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und schnell. Alles war gut vorbereitet, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Herr Spieß und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und haben uns jede Menge Tips gegeben für Unternehmungen. Wir hatten unseren Hund mitgenommen und es wurde sogar ein kleiner Hundeplatz vorbereitet. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

gelungener urlaub

nach erfolgreicher anreise wurden wir herzlich empfangen und es folgte eine führung durch wohnung. wir fühlten uns sofort heimisch. eine kurze einführung in die gepflogenheiten des ortes und der umgebung rundete die begrüßung ab. wir erhielten noch die vinschgaukarte, die es erlaubt, alle fahrbaren möglichkeiten wie bus und bahn kostenlos zu nutzen - ein super angebot, denn das auto kann stehen bleiben. es war bestimmt nicht der letzte besuch. vielen herzlichen dank, familie spiess (mit oma)

Urlaub im Haus Alpenheim vom 09.-19.06.2019

Wir haben uns bei unseren Gastgebern Helmut und Helga Spiess sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist top für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer - so finden wir - der schönsten und authentischsten Gegend von Südtirol, dem Vinschgau - Natur pur, sehr gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege für Familien bis hin zu anspruchsvollen Bergtouren, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, ursprüngliche, gut erhaltene Architektur in den Dörfern und sehr gute und vorallem bequeme Anbindung an Bus und Bahn (Vinschgaubahn) für Auflüge in die nahe und weitere Umgebung. Man kann das Auto getrost stehen lassen! Und über allem sind da die lieben und unkomplizierten Gastgeber Helmut und Helga Spiess mit ihrer Mutter, die alles dafür tun, dass man sich in Ihrem Haus rundum wohlfühlt.
