"Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. "We enjoyed our stay in Valdisotto a lot. Weather was terrible, so it felt even better to get home in the nice and warm apartment after our bike rides and to have good place for our bikes in the garage. Laura is super friendly and response to every question within 30 seconds maximum. She lives in the same building, so there is no waiting time for check in or check out."
