Absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Housekeeping was amazing. Always happy and smiling. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the stay had both good and disappointing aspects. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive. The location was also a big plus, as it was in a quieter part of Bali away from the busy and noisy areas. The pool was clean and enjoyable. However, there were several issues with the property. There were quite a lot of ants around the house, which affected the comfort of the stay. One of the bedsheets was moldy, although we were fortunate to have a second bedroom available to use instead. In addition, the sink was choked, which made it inconvenient to use. With better maintenance and housekeeping, the property could offer a much better experience given its great location and good host communication.

From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it.
