"Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. "very nice lady, offering to help but not to pushy. when we told here we had to go to the buspickup early morning, she was already downstairs. helped us to a taxi(it was pouring rain) since non of the grabdriver acceoted our drive 5:30 in the morning. she also contacted the buscompany, to arrange a better pickup point. nice little pool, you can have breakfast there prefferably preordered the day before. room was clean and spacious, shower seperated from the toilet.
