"1.電話がタブレットのみ。 2.外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。 3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？ 4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティのより一層の向上に期待します。"

"Friendly staff, quiet room and great amenities (free apple juice, tea, water and coffee in the rooms). This hotel is close to Nagano station and lots of restaurants and shops."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."
