2.外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。
やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。
3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。
困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？
4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、
グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。
オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティの
