"Better than I expected. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the linens were too. The bathroom is outdated but clean. The breakfast is Japanese-style, so forget Western food, but it is good. The staff are good and speak good English. If you fly in the morning or early afternoon, the free shuttle is good. Whaterwise, you will need a cab or the train."

"Economical hotel that is geared to the traveler who is weary after flying into Narita. The hotel is on both train lines (JR is better because there is a bakery and a 711 on the short walk from the station to the hotel). It is for the traveler that wants something clean and convenient that doesn't care about a mark on the wall or carpet that has been replaced in squares; it is well maintained and used building. The internet is easy and free. The water is hot enough (if you want) to burn the airplane off of you with a tub you can sit in if you want a bath. This isn't some luxury resort, but if you have been some places I've been, it's great."
