Great location right in centre of Kyiv, opposite Independence Square. Hotel has its own shelter and internal alarm system. Staff are friendly and professional. Great experience from start to finish. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is conveniently close to the city center. It’s a clean, comfortable property. The bed was excellent and the air conditioning was quiet.

Fantastic accommodation. Very clan and big. Buffet breakfast was delicious

From the moment of check-in and throughout my 4 day stay the hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was a standard hotel room, but spotless and inviting. Free bottled water daily was a nice touch. The hotel was located in an excellent street, only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Excellent wifi coverage in all areas.

This is my second stay at this hotel and still my all around best choice for Kyiv. I find the location extremely convenient to all needs in the city, with most things walkable and easy pick-up for taxis. Both the rooms and main hotel areas are extremely comfortable. I think the variety and availability of menu items and level of buffet breakfast is not quite up to where it was last time, but still filled my needs. I discovered karaoke in the sky bar Friday and saturday, which was a nice thing...

Overnight stay in Kiev. Hotel is basic but pleasant. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Excellent all round. Would have liked kettle to make tea in room like in England :)

From the moment you arrive the staff make you feel welcome, super restaurant with great views of Kiev

Very comfortable. It would have been good to have had an ironing borad

Good hotel in good location. Great bakery in basement. Bars on top floor are dodgy. Avoid.

A great place to stay. Very nice appartments and great staff

Nothing I didn't like. Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly English speaking. i highly recommend this hotel. Great location too.
